The staff was so caring and compassionate. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions were answered with professionalism and sympathy. They made sure that I knew my pet was going to taken care of the best way possible. I was assured that my pet would be cremated alone with no other animals in the machine. They handled a very sad situation flawlessly.
